The most important thing for me in my work is listening, truly understanding your story, the values that drive you, and how you want to be seen in the world. From there, I begin the process of building your digital presence, not as something purely technical, but as a reflection of who you are and what you do.
 

I am a digital consultant with over 13 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive expertise in SEO, keyword research, and user experience optimization. Later on, I expanded into social media, established the Facebook department at Zap Group, and continued into the field of Online Reputation Management at Percepto.
 

At Percepto, I managed client relations, developed strategies for digital presence and reputation management for leading companies and individuals, supported ongoing client management, including crisis management, and led Customer Success processes such as onboarding, feedback management, and collaboration with sales teams.
 

Today, I work with individuals and organizations on comprehensive processes that connect strategy with execution, improving how they are presented online, refining their messaging, defining target audiences, and implementing recommendations across relevant platforms such as websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, and more.

In addition, I work with social impact organizations, as I believe the digital world can and should be a tool for creating meaningful change in society.

I hold an MBA from the Open University. I’m a mother of two, and in my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, volunteering, and diving into a good book.
